Emily provides pre and postpartum care such as yoga classes, 1:1 private sessions to reduce common aches and pains, sound healing sessions to connect with baby, and community events to connect with others.

Included in offerings are physical exercises to specifically help prepare the birthing person for childbirth; breathwork and sound healing to regulate the nervous system, reduce fear, tension, and anxiety; and increase energy and mood by boosting the cardiovascular system.

Join pre/postnatal public group yoga classes at Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago, IL. Breathing and moving with a community of pregnant and postpartum practitioners can create a powerful support system. My current schedule is:

Prenatal Sound Bath Sessions


Experience a prenatal sound bath designed to deepen the bond between you and your baby. Guided by Emily, each session blends the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gentle breathwork, and calming guided relaxation, along with pregnancy-safe movements to help alleviate common aches and pains.

As you move, breathe, and rest, the gentle sounds help you release tension, restore energy, and cultivate a sense of calm, while nurturing your connection with your little one. This is a moment to pause, be fully present, and share a peaceful, attuned space with your baby.

Baby and Me: Yoga and Sound Bath


Reconnect with your body and your baby in this nurturing postpartum class. Gentle, playful yoga helps caregivers safely restore strength, ease common aches and pains, and gently rebuild mobility after pregnancy. You and your little one will move together, fostering connection, fun, and mindful interaction.

The session concludes with a calming sound bath, where soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls and chimes promote relaxation, emotional balance, and a shared sense of calm for both you and baby.

Hi! I’m Emily Kiefer.

I’m a corporate wellness coach and sound healer based out of Chicago.

I have been teaching full-time for 2 years and have worked onsite and virtual clients many of whom I’ve continued to work with.

My mission is to help you learn more about your body, empower you with tools to take care of yourself and show you that you are stronger than you think.

You are resilient. You are strong. You are worthy. 

Your mind and body have amazing potential, but sometimes we need someone else to show us that and show us how to uncover it.

That’s what I’m here to do. 

I’ll challenge you in the most loving and accessible way.

Not too much, not too little. Just the perfect middle path amount.

It doesn’t matter if you’re new to yoga or have practiced for twenty years. You can always benefit from 1×1 guidance.
