Emily provides pre and postpartum care such as yoga classes, 1:1 private sessions to reduce common aches and pains, sound healing sessions to connect with baby, and community events to connect with others.
Included in offerings are physical exercises to specifically help prepare the birthing person for childbirth; breathwork and sound healing to regulate the nervous system, reduce fear, tension, and anxiety; and increase energy and mood by boosting the cardiovascular system.
