Emily provides on-site corporate sound baths and workshops for the Chicago area and virtual wellness sessions for companies.

Sessions in the workplace may be held in the morning, at lunchtime, or in the early evening, at the company’s request.

Included in the workshops are physical exercises to specifically help with lower back painneck, and shoulder tension; which is typically experienced by those working at a desk.

We also practice breathingmindfulness, and relaxation techniques using crystal singing bowls for relaxation. Employers have had success in keeping their employees healthy and happy by introducing programs like sound baths.

Sound Bath Sessions

Single Sound Bath Sessions


Support your team's well-being with a sound bath—a calming, science-backed experience designed to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote emotional balance in the workplace. Led by Emily, these sessions blend crystal singing bowls, guided breathwork, and meditation to create a restorative pause in the workday.

Offered virtually or in person, corporate sound baths are ideal for team wellness events, offsite retreats, or as a recurring practice to help employees reset and recharge. Participants leave feeling grounded, clear-minded, and better equipped to navigate their work with calm and clarity. No prior experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to rest.

Sessions must be paid for in advance and the 24 hour cancellation policy applies to all classes.

Sound Bath Membership


Invest in your employees’ wellness with a sound bath membership! Emily leads a sound bath and meditation on a recurring basis for your organization weekly or monthly. Each session focuses on reducing stress and burnout, but also improving team collaboration and creativity to help your organization meet their goals.

Additionally, she sends a wellness newsletter each month to your employees that includes movement and mindfulness videos to practice on their own, as well as recipes, and wellness tips.

Tech Worker Program


This 6-session series is part lunch-and-learn, part movement and mindfulness, specifically designed for those who work at a desk. We discuss anatomy and posture, common aches and pains and how to alleviate them, plus how to navigate stress and burnout in a fast-paced career!

This 4-session series combines learning about the importance of rest, then practicing restorative postures and sound baths to help employees unwind and recharge. Hi! I’m Emily Kiefer.

I’m a corporate wellness coach and sound healer based out of Chicago.

I have been teaching full-time for 2 years and have worked onsite and virtual clients many of whom I’ve continued to work with.

My mission is to help you learn more about your body, empower you with tools to take care of yourself and show you that you are stronger than you think.

You are resilient. You are strong. You are worthy. 

Your mind and body have amazing potential, but sometimes we need someone else to show us that and show us how to uncover it.

That’s what I’m here to do. 

I’ll challenge you in the most loving and accessible way.

Not too much, not too little. Just the perfect middle path amount.

It doesn’t matter if you’re new to yoga or have practiced for twenty years. You can always benefit from 1×1 guidance.
