
This community's love for books has inspired us to host a monthly book club, giving us an opportunity to come together around a couple of things we love most - reading and breathing!
Grab a paper copy, or read on an e-reader, or listen on audio book. Finish the whole book, or read just a few pages. This is a low pressure book club, but we do actually discuss the book.
We begin each book club with a ~1 hour wellness class (yoga, pilates, breathwork, etc.) inspired by the themes of the book.
Then we move into the discussion, having everyone share their impressions of the book, perhaps a favorite quote, or anything they feel called to share. And then we open it up for discussion and dialogue. We look forward to having you join us.
This offering is available as a Yoga + Books member (free!) or as a drop-in.
