Yes, and yes! We will meet four times, live on Zoom. However, if you're unable to make it live, you will have access to the recordings. Each live virtual session includes a short, corporate-friendly practice, lecture, and time for questions and discussion. The next set of live online meetings dates and times will be announced in Fall 2026.

Is there homework?
After each live virtual session, Emily will provide you with suggested activities to complete related to the day's topics. She will be available for the duration of training to provide feedback, however, it is not required to turn work in.
Is there a community for discussions?
Yes! We will have a cohort group chat open for the duration of training for you to ask questions and get real-time feedback from Emily and other classmates. The cohort group chat will close beginning on Wednesday, April 1st, and you will then be transitioned to a larger community group that will also include anyone who takes the training in the future.
I paid and joined but can no longer make the meetings, can I get a refund?
As this is a digital offering, all sales are final and will not be reimbursed.
