Is this self-paced? How long will it take?
This is a self-paced virtual training. We estimate the training to take a total of 10 hours by watching all the videos and completing all activities.
What's included in this training?

On-demand Videos: Watch sessions led by Emily where she shares her experiences and introduces you to new concepts. Videos are short so that you can watch in small increments.
Training Manual: Apply what you learn with real-time activities and reflection that will prepare you for securing your first corporate contract.
Templates: Receive ready-to-use templates for client outreach, proposals, contracts, and emails so you can show up professionally from day one.
Cohort Group Chat: Connect, collaborate, and problem-solve with Emily and other sound healers. Share wins, ask questions, and gain insight from multiple perspectives. You have access to the group from Day 1 and will retain lifetime access!
Live Quarterly Calls: Connect on Zoom once per quarter (indefinitely!) with Emily to ask questions, practice teach, and collaborate with other sound healers. Recordings provided if you're unable to make it live!

ABOUT OUR FOUNDER, EMILY
I'm Emily, and I'm a corporate sound healer, yoga teacher, and wellness practitioner based in Chicago, IL. For years, I thrived in a corporate career, but underneath the external success was someone who was burnt out, stressed, and unhappy. I realized that the very skills I had spent years honing to succeed in business could be redirected to serve something bigger: helping others navigate stress, reclaim their energy, and bring wellness into the workplace.
Today, I combine yoga, breathwork, and sound healing with practical strategies for the corporate environment. My mission is to empower corporate professionals to work smarter, move better, and create lasting balance without sacrificing their careers or their health. Corporate Alchemy School is the next step in that mission: a training designed to help wellness practitioners translate their skills into real-world, workplace impact.
