60-minute 1:1 Sound Healing (Virtual)

A private virtual sound healing experience to soothe your body and soul using crystal alchemy singing bowls, breathwork, and meditation.

This experience can offer deep healing on a cellular level, open up the energy centers, cleanse negative energy and emotions, break old, unwanted patterns of behavior and subconscious fears and reset the physical, emotional and mental body into perfect peace and harmony.

What to Wear/Have Available:

  • Comfy clothing (your pajamas work, too!)
  • A blanket and pillow, or anything that makes you feel cozy
  • Yoga mat, or even a couch or bed will work for this session!
  • Optional: An eye mask or towel for deeper relaxation

How It Works:

  1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)
  2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)
  3. Use the Zoom link in your confirmation email to join the session. You'll be admitted from the "waiting room" at the time of session.

Instructions and Zoom link for joining will be in the confirmation email. All levels welcome.

🛏️ Bedtime Story Sound Bath (Virtual)

🛏️ A soothing blend of storytelling and sound healing to help you fall asleep (and stay asleep).

This virtual experience is the adult version of a bedtime story. Each session begins with gentle breathwork and mindfulness strategies to calm the nervous system, followed by a children's book or short story designed to quiet the mind. As the tale fades, you're immersed in a long-form sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and subtle ambient tones to guide you into deep, restorative sleep.

Unlike a typical sound bath, the sounds gradually fade into silence and the session ends without any closing words, so you won’t be pulled back to waking, just gently carried into sleep.

Inspired by the nostalgic comfort of being read to as a child, this practice brings intentional rest and nervous system healing into your modern life. It's not just sleep support, it’s a nightly ritual of safety, softness, and surrender.

Best enjoyed with headphones, in bed, and with your phone on Do Not Disturb.

The best part? You don’t need to join live if it doesn’t align with your bedtime. The link is yours to start from the beginning whenever you're ready, during the session or anytime afterward.

During each session, you'll be guided through a grounding sound bath, cooling breathwork, and restorative movement designed to balance the fire of the hustle in our busy city and reconnect you to your body’s natural rhythm.

Whether you're catching your breath between your busy work schedule, or simply craving a moment of stillness, these sessions offer a sacred pause. Let the buzz of the city fade and drop into a slower, softer way of being.

Monthly Book Club

This community's love for books has inspired us to host a monthly book club, giving us an opportunity to come together around a couple of things we love most - reading and breathing!

Grab a paper copy, or read on an e-reader, or listen on audio book. Finish the whole book, or read just a few pages. This is a low pressure book club, but we do actually discuss the book.

We begin each book club with a ~1 hour wellness class (yoga, pilates, breathwork, etc.) inspired by the themes of the book.

Then we move into the discussion, having everyone share their impressions of the book, perhaps a favorite quote, or anything they feel called to share. And then we open it up for discussion and dialogue. We look forward to having you join us.

BYOBook Yin Yoga + Reading

Grab your book, get cozy, and unwind with others in this dreamy fusion of yin yoga and reading! In BYOBook Yin Yoga, you’ll sink into long-held, comfy stretches while getting lost in your book—surrounded by a community of book-loving besties.

Yin Yoga postures gently stretch and rehabilitate connective tissues. This class is spent on the ground, with only stretching poses, each pose held for 3 to 5 minutes. It can be more of a mental challenge rather than physical as it forces you to slow down and be still - something that the majority of us find very difficult! Which is why we bring in reading to help you calm the mind.

While settling into the poses you'll have space to read silently, absorbing the words on the page while your body unwinds. This class is an invitation to slow down, connect with your breath, and lose yourself in the pages—all while nourishing your body and mind.

What to Bring: A book of your choice, and wear all the comfy cozies like fuzzy socks and sweatshirts.

Harry Potter Yoga + Sound Bath

A magical yoga and sound healing journey on Harry Potter’s birthday 🎂 (and the 1st birthday of the Yoga + Books Club!!)

Step out of the Muggle world and into one of wonder, rest, and enchantment as we celebrate Harry Potter’s birthday with an immersive yoga and sound bath experience inspired by the beloved wizarding world.

In this magical journey led by Samantha Gitlin (Head Girl of Gryffindor) and Emily Kiefer (Head Girl of Ravenclaw), you’ll be guided through themed movement and meditation as the music and resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes transport you through the magic of Hogwarts.

We’ll explore the wisdom of the four Houses, the energy of the four elements, and the quiet strength of the magic within.

Free Sound Bath at the Library

Step into a different kind of storytime, one designed for rest, reflection, and renewal. In this special class at the library, you’ll be guided through a bookish-themed sound bath that invites you to step out of the rush of daily life and into a gentler rhythm. Each session weaves together a literary theme with gentle breathwork, restorative movement, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding tones.

Just as a story invites you to imagine new worlds, this sound bath offers space to pause, listen, and reconnect with yourself and the stillness within.

Each session includes:

What to Bring:
Please bring a yoga mat and anything else you need to be comfortable, such as a blanket, pillow, and eye mask. You may also wish to bring a journal to jot down any reflections.
