ABOUT CORPORATE ALCHEMY SCHOOL
Corporate Alchemy School is a practitioner training for yoga teachers, sound healers, breathwork facilitators, and mind-body professionals who want to confidently expand into the corporate wellness space without diluting their integrity, burning out, or underpricing their offerings.
This online four-week program bridges two worlds:

Is this a virtual training? Do we meet live?
Yes, and yes! We will meet four times, live on Zoom, beginning Wednesday, March 4th. However, if you're unable to make it live, you will have access to the recordings. Each live virtual session includes a short, corporate-friendly practice, lecture, and time for questions and discussion. The live online meetings are scheduled as follows:

Note: The United States enters daylight savings on Sunday, March 8th. If you're joining training from outside the U.S., please make sure to check your local time accordingly for each session.

Is there homework?
After each live virtual session, Emily will provide you with suggested activities to complete related to the day's topics. She will be available for the duration of training to provide feedback, however, it is not required to turn work in.
Is there a community for discussions?
Yes! We will have a cohort group chat open for the duration of training for you to ask questions and get real-time feedback from Emily and other classmates. The cohort group chat will close beginning on Wednesday, April 1st, and you will then be transitioned to a larger community group that will also include anyone who takes the training in the future.
How much does this training cost?
As our inaugural cohort, Corporate Alchemy School is being offered at a special founding rate of $222 in exchange for testimonials and thoughtful feedback to help shape future iterations. Spots are limited to support meaningful connection and personalized guidance.
I paid and joined but can no longer make the meetings, can I get a refund?
As this is a digital offering, all sales are final and will not be reimbursed.
ABOUT OUR FOUNDER, EMILY
I'm Emily, and I'm a corporate sound healer, yoga teacher, and wellness practitioner based in Chicago, IL. For years, I thrived in a corporate career, but underneath the external success was someone who was burnt out, stressed, and unhappy. I realized that the very skills I had spent years honing to succeed in business could be redirected to serve something bigger: helping others navigate stress, reclaim their energy, and bring wellness into the workplace.
Today, I combine yoga, breathwork, and sound healing with practical strategies for the corporate environment. My mission is to empower corporate professionals to work smarter, move better, and create lasting balance without sacrificing their careers or their health. Corporate Alchemy School is the next step in that mission: a training designed to help wellness practitioners translate their skills into real-world, workplace impact.
